SLAM!

The famous SLAM session created by Big-Chad is a HIIT* style workout. A unique blend of upper / lower body movements using the slam balls, combined with boxing.

*High Intensity Interval training

This full-body workout will activate, build and tone multiple muscle groups, as well as improve your over all health & fitness, by working the cardio vascular system. Your cardio will go through the roof if SLAM! Is a consistent part of your weekly training schedule.

MIXED & FEMALE ONLY CLASSES

These classes are physically and mentally challenging, which means they promote GROWTH in multiple areas of life.

But don’t worry, you don’t have to be an athlete or even be able to box to enjoy & benefit from these epic sessions, with the varying weights of our SLAM balls and other factors, we can adapt this session to suit anybody. Whatever level of fitness you’re at, there is a staring point for you in our classes.

SLAM is not only a calorie burning MONSTER! It’s also a great way to raise your vibe, connect with people, and pump some positive energy into your week!

Please don’t be afraid or put off by the beasts you see in these classes. We have some powerful people in our classes but these are some of the most beautiful and caring people around.

Remember, everyone is nervous their first time, but all of our dreams are on the other side of fear, so never let it stop you from coming to one of our classes. we’ve got you! Just do it.
