Ultimately, we intend to pass the Team-Chad methodology onto the kids from a young age, so they have it in their tool kit, for life!
THE GOALS
Advance physically with correct form on exercises and other endeavours
Inform them what muscle groups they’re working on and why.
Learn new skills!
Instil correct form and safety using equipment
Socialising, friend making, team building.
ABOUT THE CLASS
WEDNESDAYS 4.30PM
A full body strength and conditioning workout for 9-12 year olds! These sessions will teach ‘the future of our community’ how to train, move and be healthy… both physically & mentally!
With a combination of upper, lower and full body movements using different apparatus/equipment & boxing… we will create great, informative and fun workouts that will positively impact these young people’s lives.
This is a circuit style workout, in which the children will work for a period of time and rest for a period of time. During the ‘work’ phase, they will perform exercises with varying pieces of equipment. Functional strength, power, stamina and new skills, are a few things you can expect these children to gain from this session, which will be a great asset to them, for all other sporting endeavours.
Physical improvements such as functional strength, added muscle, stamina / fitness, learning new skills.
Mental improvements such as mind body connection, added confidence and more.
