Getting these kids out the house, working together, team building, socialising, learning about health a fitness and growing! It’s a great thing for them now, and for their futures.

To introduce children to health and fitness in a fun and positive way.
To build confidence from a young age. Not only in a Gym environment but confidence that will ripple out into all aspects of their little lives.
To plant positive seeds of healthy living, physical fitness and mental strength.
ABOUT THE CLASS
An introduction to physical fitness, a first step on the ‘little diamond’s’ health and fitness journeys.
This is a circuit style class, where we use varying equipment and apparatus to create a fun functional fitness workout for the young ones.
This session is a “a step down” from our “Young Lions” session for the 9-12 year olds and can be seen as preparation to one day move up and advance their skills to the next level, when the time is right.
Sugar and screen time is the way of the world now, and it’s not all good or bad! But we also see this session as a healthy alternative to that. There’s a real power in people coming together, physically! And especially when that’s in a positive environment, doing healthy things.

Equipment needed for this class :
• Indoor footwear.
• Water / Drink.
